This application starts the enrollment process for your child at ALC Mosaic.

Please fill out one application for each child. Before you start, make sure you’ve read our tuition page and are ready to make your tuition offer and pay the $25 application fee, which you’ll be asked for when you send this.

Our tuition policy

Because of our commitment to accessibility, we operate with a trust-based sliding scale for tuition. Families contribute at different tiers based on their financial means. It’s important that new families understand and align with this policy. If you haven’t read our tuition page carefully yet, please do so now.

After you pay the $25 application fee, you’ll get a confirmation email with a link to the Enrollment & Tuition form. You’ll need to complete that form (make your tuition offer) to finish the application. We can’t process an application without it.
